Responsibilities: To create and adhere to the product development plan To conduct research for the trends and market preferences for the types of jewellery products and designs and ensure maximum selection of products while show casing to the customers or in exhibitions To monitor CAM output, CAD report in the system and guide team members to avoid rejections, rework etc. Ensure that the tracker is updated. Champion the new concepts within the organization and across sales teams to get optimum results from the development done.
