Job Title: Product Manager-All Product Functions

Location: UAE Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi

Experience: 3–8 years

Industry: Open to all sectors (Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FinTech, etc.)

Interview Mode: Mandatory face-to-face interviews in Dubai (travel expenses covered by employer).

Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to UAE.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Product Management professionals to lead product planning, roadmap execution, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive product success from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple functions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver product features on time.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Identify new opportunities for product growth, innovation, and optimization.
• Ensure products meet quality, compliance, and user-experience standards.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of proven Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, roadmap creation, and execution.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-industry environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with product tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Figma, analytics platforms).
• Technical/engineering background is a plus but not mandatory.
