Senior Analyst / Associate AI Advisor & Product Integrations

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Advisor Development (LLM-driven)

• Assist in designing, training, and refining the

  AI advisory engine

  for mutual funds, asset allocation and investor guidance.
• Create and test prompts, workflows, and guardrails to ensure accuracy, explainability, and compliance.
• Work closely with product team to deploy LLM-based features into the Gulaq App (recommendations, summaries, alerts, nudges).
• Monitor AI performance, run evaluations, maintain datasets, and optimize user-facing responses.

2. Product Integrations & Vendor Coordination

• Drive integration of key ecosystem components including:

• Account Aggregator (AA)

• KYC integrations

• Third-party MF platforms / RTAs

• Analytics & tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, marketing dashboards)

• Own vendor communication, requirement documents, API mapping, and go-live planning.
• Ensure smooth data flow, accuracy, latency, and compliance in all integrations.

3. Product & Operations Support

• Work with product, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure end-to-end execution of new features.
• Support QA testing for AI and integration modules.
• Generate dashboards and reports using GA, Mixpanel or internal tools to track feature usage & performance.

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, local LLMs, RAG, prompt design).
• Experience with APIs, integrations, vendor coordination and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data tools (Excel, SQL, Python optional but a plus).

Good-to-Have

• Understanding of mutual funds, investor journeys, and financial data formats (CAS, AA framework, KYC, folio data).
• Experience working in a consumer fintech app.
• Knowledge of mutual fund products and SEBI guidelines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Ability to write product requirement documents (PRDs) and user flows.
• Curiosity to learn, experiment, and iterate rapidly.
