Role & responsibilities Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies for MF products, including new fund launches, distribution partnerships, and customer acquisition campaigns. Brand Management: Drive the positioning and messaging of our Mutual Fund offerings, ensuring a distinct and trusted identity in a competitive market. Brokerage Alignment: Leverage the firm's brokerage ecosystem and client base to cross-sell mutual funds, design integrated campaigns in sync with broking products, and tap into investor analytics for personalized outreach. Digital Marketing: Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and automation tools to enhance digital presence and investor acquisition/retention. Channel Marketing: Support business development through distributor/partner engagement, marketing toolkits, co-branded materials, and channel-specific initiatives. Content Leadership: Supervise the creation of high-quality, compliant marketing content such as fund literature, thought leadership, videos, newsletters, and digital collaterals. Event Management: Conceptualize and execute investor education webinars, partner training sessions, MF awareness campaigns, and high-visibility launch events. Performance & Analytics: Define and track KPIs across campaigns and channels, regularly reporting ROI and actionable insights to senior management. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing material adheres to SEBI regulations and internal compliance standards. Liaise with legal and compliance teams to drive approvals. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the MF marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, broking, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions. . Skills: Deep understanding of mutual fund products, distribution models, and investor behavior. Demonstrated success in digital and performance marketing. Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficient with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, automation platforms, etc.). Certifications: Certifications such as NISM Mutual Fund, CFA, CAIA, or CFP are preferred.
