Executive Producer

Role Overview: As an Executive Producer at Beyond Pictures, you will play a crucial role as a senior leader in the production team, focusing on the successful development, production, and delivery of films in the Tamil-film ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include networking with key stakeholders, overseeing project development, managing revenue streams, and leading a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders in the Tamil film industry such as A-list actors, directors, music labels, and financiers. - Identify and secure strategic partnerships for co-productions, international sales, and music-rights deals. - Lead negotiations on key contracts including talent deals and distribution agreements. - Present projects externally by preparing pitch decks and financial models. - Oversee film projects from concept to release, aligning on creative vision, budgets, and schedules. - Define revenue streams and monetization plans across various platforms. - Build and lead a high-performance team to ensure project success. - Monitor film P&L and report to senior management on performance and corrective actions. - Represent the company at industry events and networking dinners as a brand ambassador. Qualification Required: - Experience in multi-language projects and international co-productions. - Prior relationships with global sales agents and financiers. - Exposure to branded content, streaming series, and digital content. - Strong personal brand within the Tamil film industry. - Familiarity with emerging media trends.
