Job Description

Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented procurement trainee / executive to support and manage procurement of store & spares, capex, raw materials, packing materials, services and outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with a technical background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
Materials (i.e capex, packing materials, store & spares, raw materials)
Services and outsourcing activities (Civil activities, Housekeeping, Gardening, security, Annual maintenance contract)
Expansion and hospital project and project-related purchases.

Education & Experience:

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) Any stream;
B.E. Civil
will be an added advantage.
1 to 4 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
Exposure to
civil project procurement
and packaging industry.
Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple categories and prioritize tasks.
SAP MM module experience is must
