Job Description

A fast-moving Marketing & Advertising firm in the Brand Consultancy and Corporate Communications sector, delivering reputation, narrative and integrated PR solutions for consumer and corporate clients across India. We work on earned media, influencer programs, and on-site activation to build measurable brand visibility and trust.

Primary job title:

Public Relations Executive (PR Executive) — On-site, IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Write, edit and distribute press releases, media pitches, executive bios and client communications tailored to target media and stakeholder segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers; proactively pitch stories and secure coverage across print, broadcast and digital channels.
  • Perform daily media monitoring, compile coverage reports and extract insights/KPIs (share of voice, sentiment, reach) to inform client strategy.
  • Support client servicing: translate briefs into PR plans, manage approvals, coordinate with creative/social teams and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Plan and execute on-site events, press conferences, product launches and media interactions—own logistics, media management and briefing materials.
  • Assist in crisis communications: prepare holding statements, coordinate responses with senior leads and keep stakeholders informed under tight timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of PR or communications experience (agency or in-house brand consultancy) with demonstrable media placements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; working knowledge of Hindi for pan-India media engagements.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling and pitching skills; ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Organised client-servicing skills, comfort with on-site execution across India and basic familiarity with media-monitoring tools (Google Alerts, Meltwater, Cision or similar).

Preferred

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing; prior internship at a PR agency or brand consultancy advantageous.
  • Experience with influencer outreach, social content co-creation and multimedia press kits.
