Key Responsibilities:

• Updating Manufacturing Details on Google Data.
• Update Consumption Report of Bright Bar & Rolling Mill on Google Data.
• Make Purchase Orders against the Raw Material.
• Maintain a report in Excel of the daily material sales.
• Maintain the Coal Consumption Report in Excel.
• Enter maintenance requests in Odoo as per the requirement.
• Electric Unit Calculation for the production report.
• Make manufacturing entries in Odoo.
• Create purchase orders for raw materials (Wire Rod and Billet) in Odoo.
• Update the GRN (Goods Received Note) report in Excel.
• Collect raw material samples and give them to the QC Department for checking.
• Maintain detailed records in Excel of the material that goes from the Rolling Mill to Bright Bar,

including size, grade, length, heat number, and quantity.

• Check the size of the material produced in the Rolling mill.
