Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Legal Support

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, lease deeds).
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in contracts.
Mitigate risks in clauses like indemnities, warranties, and termination.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key milestones.
Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with business goals.
Develop standard templates and monitor contractual compliance.
Support due diligence during M&A and strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments.
Provide contract summaries and support audits.
Train teams on legal best practices and contract awareness.

Secretarial Functions

Assist in filing statutory returns and forms (MCA, RBI).
Organize board and committee meetings.
Draft minutes, resolutions, and maintain statutory registers.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and related laws.

Governance & Compliance

Support corporate governance implementation.
Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews.
Maintain records of disclosures and related party transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have completed Graduation/Executive Programme (Both Groups) and Completed Executive Development Programme

and 21 months practical Training
Candidates who are based in Bangalore are preferable
