Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Sales Admin to support our Business Unit (BU) Head and Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring smooth administrative operations to drive sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for BU Head review. Maintain accurate primary and secondary sales data and dashboards. Coordinate with the sales force for stockist statements and primary sales bifurcation . Track stockist-wise opening and closing stock to derive secondary sales. Prepare MIS reports for monthly review meetings. Analyze sales trends, field activity, and coverage to support strategic decisions. Develop and maintain sales and MIS dashboards for Sales Managers.
