Relationships & and coordinate with banks / financial Institutions/ NBFC/ Credit funds 5. Coordinating with various agencies, including TEV, LIE, valuation, legal Counsel etc. 6. Process and manage trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and Bills of Exchange. 7. Evaluate risks associated with trade agreements, payment terms, and currency fluctuations (forex hedging). 8. Preparation and timely submission of drawing power (DP) and other banking compliances to ensure the smooth banking process. 9. Preparation and submission of Stock statement, FFR, UFCE, etc. 10. Act as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, trade loans, and other financial services. 11. Partner with cross-functional departments to understand the business needs for finalisation of information required to be shared with lenders/external rating agencies. 12. Prepare trade finance performance reports, including key metrics such as cash flow forecasts, credit utilisation, and cost of financing. 13. Analyse trade finance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Any other work/responsibility assigned by manager/management.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Sales Admin to support our Business Unit (BU) Head and Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring smooth administrative operations to drive sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for BU Head review. Maintain accurate primary and secondary sales data and dashboards. Coordinate with the sales force for stockist statements and primary sales bifurcation . Track stockist-wise opening and closing stock to derive secondary sales. Prepare MIS reports for monthly review meetings. Analyze sales trends, field activity, and coverage to support strategic decisions. Develop and maintain sales and MIS dashboards for Sales Managers. Share monthly sales data with the Finance team in required formats. Provide sales insights and analysis to Marketing and BU Head during review meetings. Process monthly field force expenses and coordinate with Finance for payouts. Calculate and process field incentives as per company norms. Resolve field force queries related to data, incentives, and reporting tools. Support onboarding of new employees with data access and system setup. Maintain and utilize the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) portal . Coordinate final settlements of resigned field staff with HR. Key Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel , PowerPoint , and MIS tools Experience with CRM/SFE platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, etc.) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration / MIS / Sales Coordinationx
