Executive, Placement Services Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation with excellent English communication skill Establishing and maintaining contacts Look into building, nurturing, sustaining and maintaining relationship with organizations in different verticals. Sourcing new clients from networking sites and other sources and further converting them into prospective hirer for developing the existing client base. Identifying new companies for placement and establishing connections and new tie-ups. Inviting various organizations for Placement & Internship opportunities. Conducting market research based on student specializations. Match student profiles with suitable industries for internships and placements. Creating good relationships with HR Heads and top corporate professionals. Networking and establishing contacts with businesses across India. Maintaining and verifying employer databases, student data, and generating relevant reports. Understanding hiring pattern and current hiring needs of the sourced clients. Preparing students for placements Develop Skills and Abilities in the candidates to meet industry expectations via training in different verticals: o Resume Building o Test Preparation o Group Discussion Reviewing students resume. Students mentoring. Creating internal systems Reviewing pre and post placements documentation Reviewing test papers prepared for training purpose Data management (Summer Internship, Final Placements, Live Projects and Clients) Process and Systems Managing the interview process. (Summer Internship and Final Placements) Arranging and coordinating live projects and guest sessions for students. Arranging industrial visits. Documentation of the placements – SIP and final placements and submit it to Documentation office in hard copy as well as in soft copy.
