Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive in Placement Services, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain contacts with organizations in various verticals. You will focus on sourcing new clients, identifying placement opportunities, and networking with businesses across India. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing students for placements by developing their skills and abilities through training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Build, nurture, sustain, and maintain relationships with organizations in different verticals. - Source new clients from networking sites and other sources, converting them into prospective hirers. - Identify new companies for placement opportunities and establish connections and tie-ups. - Invite organizations for Placement & Internship opportunities. - Conduct market research based on student specializations. - Match student profiles with suitable industries for internships and placements. - Create relationships with HR Heads and top corporate professionals. - Network and establish contacts with businesses across India. - Maintain and verify employer databases, student data, and generate relevant reports. - Understand the hiring pattern and current hiring needs of sourced clients. - Develop candidates" skills and abilities to meet industry expectations through training in different verticals like Resume Building, Test Preparation, and Group Discussion. - Review students" resumes and provide mentoring. - Review pre and post-placement documentation. - Review test papers prepared for training purposes. - Manage data related to Summer Internship, Final Placements, Live Projects, and Clients. - Manage the interview process for Summer Internship and Final Placements. - Arrange and coordinate live projects and guest sessions for students. - Arrange industrial visits. - Document placements for SIP and final placements and submit them to the Documentation office in both hard copy and soft copy. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Post Graduation with excellent English communication skills. - 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar field or Talent acquisition/Recruitment experience.,
