Job Description

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with organizations across different verticals. This includes building, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with potential clients, as well as sourcing new clients from networking sites and other sources. Your goal will be to convert these prospects into potential hirers to expand the existing client base. Additionally, you will need to identify new companies for placements, establish connections, and form new tie-ups for placement and internship opportunities. You will also be expected to conduct market research based on student specializations, match student profiles with suitable industries for internships and placements, and create strong relationships with HR Heads and top corporate professionals. Networking and establishing contacts with businesses across India will also be a key part of your role. Another important aspect of the job is preparing students for placements by developing their skills and abilities to meet industry expectations. This will involve providing training in areas such as resume building, test preparation, and group discussions. You will also be responsible for reviewing students" resumes and providing mentoring as needed. In terms of internal systems, you will be required to review pre and post-placement documentation, test papers prepared for training purposes, and manage data related to summer internships, final placements, live projects, and clients. You will also oversee the interview process for summer internships and final placements, arrange and coordinate live projects and guest sessions for students, and organize industrial visits. Finally, you will be responsible for documenting placements, summer internships, and final placements, and submitting this information to the Documentation office in both hard copy and soft copy formats. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar field or in talent acquisition/recruitment.,
