Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) for various lines of insurance including Fire, Marine, Engineering, and Liability.
  • Coordinate with multiple insurance companies to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Prepare and share quotation comparisons with clients for informed decision-making.
  • Generate placement slips and coordinate issuance of policies from insurers.
  • Perform quality checks of policy documents across Fire, Marine, Liability, and Miscellaneous insurance lines.
  • Get endorsements issued based on quality check findings and client requests.
  • Follow up with insurance companies for timely receipt of policies, endorsements, and other required documents.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and address their insurance-related requirements.
  • Utilize ERP software for recording, tracking, and managing placement-related activities.


Who Can Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.Sc. Mathematics, or Engineering with strong communication skills
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Candidates with an interest in the insurance operations or financial services sector will be preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong mathematical and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    for data handling and comparison analysis.
  • Good verbal and written

    communication skills

    for client and insurer interaction.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
  • Basic understanding or experience with

    ERP systems

    is an added advantage.
