Overview

Executive People Operations

Key Responsibilities

The Executive People Operations will be responsible for managing core HR operational activities across various company locations:

Onboarding & New Joiner Experience

  • Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration experience.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Facilities, Managers) to prepare for the new employees arrival.
  • Organize and manage logistics for welcome kits, new joiner lunches, and office tours across different locations.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure the timely completion and archival of all required employee documentation and compliance forms, maintaining a state of readiness for internal or external audits.
  • Validate and process bank account details for new joiners and manage change requests for existing employees to ensure accurate payroll disbursement.
  • Handle the validation and submission of Provident Fund (PF) forms and related statutory documents.

Background Verification (BGV)

  • Manage the end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process in strict adherence to company policy.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendor partners to initiate, track, and complete BGV checks promptly.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Accurately assign attendance and leave entitlements for all new joiners within the HRMS system.
  • Manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the attendance and leave modules on the HRMS platform for the entire employee base.

Employee Support & Query Resolution

  • Act as the primary contact for employees regarding queries related to HR operations (e.g., policy, documentation, HRMS usage, benefits administration).
  • Resolve employee issues and queries promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters to senior HR staff when necessary.

General HR Operations

  • Perform additional HR operational tasks and administrative duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
