Business Intelligence Developer

Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and visualization . This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and build dashboards that drive strategic decisions, especially across enterprise applications and operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand business needs across enterprise applications and translate them into structured data requirements. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights; integrate data from multiple sources for a holistic view. Dashboard Development: Design and build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools; ensure insights are clear, relevant, and business-ready. Prototyping: Use tools like Figma or Adobe XD for dashboard/workflow mockups and collaborate on design iterations. Enterprise Application Analytics: Deliver insights across business functionssuch as operations, finance, or CRM—supporting process optimization, performance tracking, and ROI measurement. Data Governance: Ensure data quality through rigorous checks; collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines and transformation logic. Self-Service Enablement: Build scalable frameworks that empower business users with self-service analytics. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities. Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL , data analysis , and visualization (Power BI/Excel). Strong in data modeling , data blending , and working with large datasets. Experience presenting insights through clear, executive-ready PowerPoint decks . Exposure to prototyping tools (Figma/Adobe XD). Proven ability in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on with enterprise data analytics across operational systems. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
