Key Responsibilities:
·      Actively monitor and manage the brand’s presence across digital platforms, including social media,
review sites, forums, and other online channels.
·      Identify, categorize, and respond to all types of brand mentions—positive, neutral, or negative—with
appropriate tone and messaging.
·      Craft thoughtful and engaging responses to public comments, direct messages (DMs), and other
online interactions, in coordination with internal teams.
·      Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all communications, in line with established brand
guidelines.
·      Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn negative experiences
into positive ones through timely resolution.
·      Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, customer support, and product teams to
ensure effective issue resolution and information flow.
·      Proactively flag and manage potential crisis situations that could affect the brand’s reputation, leading
early communication efforts as needed.
·      Analyze online sentiment and recurring feedback to uncover patterns, areas of concern, and
opportunities for improvement.
·      Generate and present regular ORM reports highlighting sentiment trends, issue categories, and
resolution timelines.
·      Offer actionable insights to internal stakeholders based on public feedback and customer perception.
·      Conduct periodic audits of the brand’s online reputation and propose strategic interventions to
enhance brand equity.
·      Develop and implement proactive ORM practices and processes to minimize reputational risks.
Required Skills:
·      Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Hindi and English.
·      Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; ability to derive insights from online data and sentiment
trends.
·      Ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively across teams and departments.
·      Skilled in creating clear, brand-appropriate communication and professional presentations.
·      Detail-oriented with a proactive and customer-first approach to problem-solving.
Education & Experience:
·      Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
·      1–2 years of hands-on experience in ORM, community management, or digital communication roles.
·      Working knowledge of key platforms: X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit,
Quora, and relevant ORM tools.
·      Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining high quality and accountability.
·      Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, or ORM are an added advantage.
Location: Corporate Office , Dwarka , Delhi
Working : 6 days a week with every 2nd Saturday off
