Job Description

Main job responsibility is office coordinationdrafting lettersmaking presentations and other office work.
Checking office mails (both patient & business related) and send replies with the consultation of the concerned
doctors (Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeons & Cardiologists).
Follow up of all the business mails and reply as per the instruction of the manager and actively involved with
correspondence work.
Making records and documentation of returns and day to day office work.
Preparing and issuing experience certificate for doctorsnurses and paramedical staff and also invitation letter
for foreign patients for their visa processing.
Media relations: Documentation follows on and ensuring desired outcomes on media activities including press
release with the consultation of the Public Relation Officer & General Manager

Candidate Requirements:

Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
Affinity to work in team.
Enthusiasm.
