About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive with proven B2B experience to join our growing team. This role demands creativity, agility, and end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Create engaging content and visual assets using Canva (design-first mindset).
• Perform basic video editing (e.g., Canva Video) for campaigns, reels, or events.
• Drive performance marketing through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
• Conduct SEO keyword research and apply best practices for digital visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) and external vendors for campaign success.
• Take end-to-end ownership of marketing projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Balance multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Skillsets & Traits

• Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B marketing (preferably in real estate, coworking, or related industries).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Canva (graphics + video editing).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Strong understanding of core marketing functions – brand, content, digital, offline, and performance.
• Experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Agile, proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Good-to-Have Skillsets

• Copywriting skills for ads, campaigns, and emailers.
• Event marketing / BTL experience.
• Ability to manage freelancers or external vendors.
• Proficiency in Canva Pro or strong design sense (layouts, typography, branding).
• Understanding of lead generation funnels.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics fundamentals.
