Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Jaipur. The Executive will oversee key operational tasks, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and manage day-to-day activities to enhance guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, assisting with strategic planning, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to the company’s quality standards. The Executive will also work on fostering strong client relationships and supporting the team in achieving operational and service excellence.

• Experience in operational management, strategic planning, and team coordination within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in using hotel management software and familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a management or executive role within the hospitality or service industry is beneficial.
