Responsible for On-boarding and Maintenance of Non individual in particular and Individual accounts. Deliverable data management
Error Free processing of Acc opening, Customer requests as per guidelines and ensure checks and controls. Regulatory guidelines on CKYC, Re-KYC are met. Validation of TAT Compliance and any exceptions are reviewed for closure with Team Lead. Review the data for accuracy and work on improvement to ensure that good data gets into system. Continouous effort to ensure data is accurate.
Regular MIS on the process and exceptions to highlight for improvement and automation.
Review of Exceptions / Rejects for bringing in improvement in process, control and education purpose. Training to the team on process adherence and controls.
