Looking for a dynamic Learning & Training Executive for one of Manufacturing client based in Greater Noida.
Must have experience in any of Specialty Chemical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, Chemical, Energy domain.
- Develops and presents strategic direction by recommending and setting priorities within the Learning and Development agenda; - Leading, directing, planning, coordinating and implementing all learning and development activities;
- Developing and implementing processes, policies and programs/modules to support all aspects of the learning and development process;
- Manages the design and development of training and development programs to respond to user needs and assesses the effectiveness of said programs;
- E-learning;

Create an effective, efficient and collaborative management of organizational culture
Design a set of tools, showing the behaviors and attitudes
Design activities and programs according to Client Way concept
