Job Description

• The L&D Executive will be responsible for coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives at the client site, ensuring alignment with organizational and client requirements.

• Manage and maintain all site-level training records to ensure compliance as per client audits and standards.

• Facilitate and deliver regular training sessions, refreshers, and on-the-job learning programs for employees across departments.

• Coordinate with the L&D Manager to plan, schedule, and execute monthly and annual training calendars.

• Liaise with site heads, department managers, and employees to identify training needs and ensure timely implementation of required programs.

• Support the execution of client-mandated training programs and ensure adherence to timelines and documentation requirements.

• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and attendance reports and share updates with the central L&D team.

• Coordinate with external trainers or internal subject matter experts for specialized training sessions.

• Ensure smooth administration of all L&D activities, including logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting.

• Promote employee participation and engagement in learning programs through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

• Friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
