Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support / Helpdesk Executive to join our internal IT team. This role involves supporting internal employees with day-to-day technical issues, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring smooth and secure operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for internal IT-related queries and issues. Provide prompt technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system support. Set up and maintain user systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install and configure software and applications as per company policy. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory or equivalent. Monitor and resolve IT service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner. Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees with complete IT setup and deactivation. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and license renewals. Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and system documentation. Ensure data backups, security protocols, and compliance with internal IT policies. Support routine maintenance, updates, and system upgrades across internal infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in internal IT support or helpdesk operations. Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and endpoint security tools. Experience with Active Directory, IT ticketing systems, and basic server knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills with a user-centric approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Experience: IT support: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
