Executive IT Support

You will be joining Brand Concepts Ltd as an IT Support Executive based at our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to offer hardware and software troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless system operations and provide ERP-related support. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing PC/laptop hardware issues, optimizing system performance, managing networking concerns, troubleshooting operating system errors, updating drivers, handling virus/malware removal, maintaining network connectivity, providing basic ERP support to warehouse users, and ensuring minimal downtime for operations. Additionally, you will be conducting regular system checks to uphold optimal functioning of all hardware and software components. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and networking. A basic understanding of ERP software and its troubleshooting is required. You must possess strong problem-solving skills, a good grasp of PC/laptop hardware and software, efficient handling of network-related issues, familiarity with ERP systems, and a proactive approach to IT maintenance and support.
