Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and networking. - ERP Knowledge: Basic understanding of ERP software and its troubleshooting.
