Job Description

Role: Sr. Executive IT/Executive IT

Experience: Min. 2 to 5 years’ Experience in IT industry (systems & networking)

Qualification: Diploma (CS), B.Sc. (CS), BCA, other graduates can also be considered depending upon Knowledge & Experience.

In-Charge of: CVD SALES –Lalbagh Road (all branches including 1S).

Job Description:

1. CRM-DMS SUPPORT, which includes:

F CRM-ID creation, deactivation, password resetting, reactivating of CRM IDs, Position mapping, New Branch ID/CODE creation for CV & PV Sales & Service, Report Generation, Raising Tickets on CRM-DMS issues, E-mailing & Escalations to BRM -TML / CRM-DMS team and getting resolved on time. Supporting DSEs/DSMs on E-GURU & DV-LITE apps used on TABs & IPADs users in CVBU Sales.

F Supporting PV & CV Workshops on Diagnostics Laptops and installation and configuration of Cummins & Insights Diagnostic’s software’s for all workshops. Supporting works managers in case of any issues in the Diagnostics Laptops.

2. Managing of Servers, Desktops & Laptops - which includes installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Operating System & Windows 10, 11 etc., MS Office suits and other business related Applications, Health check-up, Servicing, RAM & HDD upgradation, Windows Patch updates, Antivirus installation, updating and license renewals and new H/W requirement analysis etc. Providing Remote and telephonic support for troubleshooting server, systems and application issues. Knowledge on Accounting software’s installation and configuration, Data backup management viz. SAP & TALLY etc. Remote Support to external users etc.

3. Peripherals management, which includes installation and configuring of printers, scanners, Xerox, machines, Tabs and IPad’s, Ensure UPS systems are working fine across all branches. Supporting installation of ESSL Biometric Devices in coordination with HR dept. across all the branches. Servicing of all H/W’s in coordination with vendors. Procurement of Cartridges etc.

4. Managing of Tally Server located in CVD Sales Veeni Court, which includes creation of users, rights, splitting of Tally Data after every FY completion. Tally Server Data Backup on external USB DRIVE on Weekly basis (Saturday) to ensure BCP and safety of data. Supporting CVD Sales Accounts dept. on SAP.

5. Managing of Sophos Firewall located in CVD SALES, which includes adding and removing users, allocating IPs, user Access management, updating of firmware releases in a phased manner, weekly backup of firewall configuration. Creating and managing of Firewall Policies, Blocking of users, Guest Access. Raising support requests to Sophos Technical team for any issues etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
