Full Time
1) Create and manage shipping document packages in the ERP system
2) Accurately update shipping information in the ERP systems daily
3) Shipment status follow-up with forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
4) Process Arrival Notice for the Customs broker to clear shipments into the US
5) Prepare ISF filing in the US Customs system
6) Trucking arrangement for US domestic and warehouse shipments once shipments arrive at US ports
7) Check and schedule Freight Forwarder invoices for payment
8) Other responsibilities as assigned
1) Detail-oriented and efficient in working with the ERP system and Microsoft applications
2) Minimum 2 years experience in working in international logistics arrangements and experience in dealing with LCL/FCL truckers/forwarders in the North America market
