Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with employees, management, and relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance. Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them. Conduct regular meetings with employees at all levels to understand their concerns, provide guidance on company policies, and offer support when needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws by maintaining accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and other statutory requirements.
