As an Executive HR at Smile Foundation, your role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, HR operations support, and contributing to HR initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying potential hires, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Your responsibilities will also include data analysis, report tracking, and ensuring effective onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Screening: Identify potential candidates through various channels and review resumes and applications. - Interviewing and Evaluating: Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment process updates. - Offer Management: Negotiate job offers and ensure proper onboarding of candidates. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key hiring metrics and provide insights into recruitment effectiveness. - Operations: Support HR Manager in Performance Management, Employee check-ins, HR initiatives, and Employee Assistance Program. Qualification And Experience: - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream. - 3-4 years of experience in recruitment. - Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and database management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Ability to effectively work with different stakeholders.
