Website: https://camsonline.com This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in HR operations , particularly in onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Process: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees, including document collection, verification, and setting up necessary systems access. Facilitate the orientation program, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with Labour laws and company policies in all documentation. Update employee records and maintain a central database for easy access. Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee files, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and properly filed. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and audits. Excel and Data Management: Utilize Excel to create, maintain, and analyze employee data, including attendance records, performance tracking, and benefits management. Generate reports and dashboards as needed to support HR and management teams. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Coordinate between HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR field. Hands-on experience with onboarding, documentation, and employee record management is highly preferred. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
