Executive - Field Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and resourceful individuals who can think on their feet, hustle on the ground, and identify high-potential marketing opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who loves fieldwork, is street-smart, and can gather market intelligence while ensuring smooth on-ground execution of marketing initiatives and events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground recce for marketing avenues such as banners, hoardings, kiosks, and offline campaigns.
• Build a strong understanding of local markets to identify high-visibility touchpoints and partnerships.
• Plan and execute field operations for marketing activities and events in coordination with the central marketing team.
• Assist in vendor identification, negotiation, and management for on-ground activations.
• Gather and report real-time insights on competitions marketing activities in assigned territories.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution of campaigns.
• Drive footfalls to events and Brick&Bolts physical marketing initiatives through active promotion and networking.
• Regularly submit field reports, photographs, and data on activities undertaken

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or related roles.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and local language(s).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for on-ground execution and market exploration.
• Ability to multitask and manage operations under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and reporting tools.
