Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our testing laboratory services and expanding our presence in the Marathwada region. While the office is located in Amravati, the Marketing Executive will focus primarily on developing and implementing marketing strategies to tap into the vast potential of Marathwada's market. The candidate will be required to meet the government contractors and departments to generate leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging trends in the calibration services industry in Marathwada.

2. Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored specifically for the Marathwada region to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.

3. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking, referrals, and collaborations, to increase business opportunities.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Marathwada, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services.

5. New Client Acquisition: Proactively pursue new clients and businesses in Marathwada, engaging them through presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.

6. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and visibility in the target market.

7. Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization, to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.

8. Collaborations: Identify potential partners, associations, and industry influencers in Marathwada to establish mutually beneficial collaborations and boost business prospects.

9. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and enable them with effective sales tools and resources.

10. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track progress against goals, and present reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background or familiarity with calibration services will be an advantage.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the calibration, testing, or related technical services sector.
• Location: Residency or willingness to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra. Frequent travel to Marathwada will be required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages prevalent in the Marathwada region.
