Position Overview
   
 
  This position is for the of Executive working closely with Head of Facilities- India to manage and optimise company facilities and resources, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Facilitate vendor relationships and budget oversight while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Additionally, oversee travel logistics and organize engaging office events to foster a vibrant workplace culture.  
  
 
  
Main Activities
    -  Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, including office buildings, equipment, and systems.  
  -  Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring availability and identifying cost-saving opportunities.  
  -  Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the facility and administration processes and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.  
  -  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security  
  -  Identify areas for cost savings and process improvement to optimize the use of resources  
  -  Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and identify and address maintenance needs  
  -  Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services  
  -  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for facility operations  
  -  Engage in the procurement process for authorizing spend and budget planning support  
  -  Organize office events for festivals and town halls.

Key Skills
   Graduated from further education  
  Minimum 3 years experience  
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  Having good and sound knowledge of SEZ compliances.  
  Knowledge on Workday system will be an added advantage.  
  Good attention to details and should have the ability to work on deadlines.  
  Accountable for both individual and team tasks  
  Exceptional problem-solving and task management skills  
  Numeracy skills - reconciliations and statistics.  
  Good written and spoken communication skills.
