Job Description

Regional Administrative Assistant :-

Manage Administrative works across different countries

In this role, you re responsible for all the regional administration works that we do at several sites across different countries

This role is responsible to manage the administrative works, include contingent workers background checks, updates, onboarding program management & compliance training program

Additionally, you ll support Hong Kong team to dispatch, update and closure of helpdesk tickets

Assist regional team to consolidate regular / ad-hoc reports, update policies and procedures, keep track on formal compliments / compliant
Also support regional team on scheduling regular and ad-hoc meetings with client and the team, and scheduling training programs and update the records

Interaction between Client and JLL

Working closely with JLL onsite team, client and JLL Headquarter for coordination

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

Adroit and experienced

You ll need to have at least three to five years of practice in applying your detailed know-how of the various administrative, principles, and approaches, including, among others: human resources support; procurement support, system administration, helpdesk administration, and regional account support

Sound knowledge of corporate regulations and legislation will also be useful in creating binding group contracts

Able to think strategically & solve problems

As a good team player, regularly contribute to team discussions and proactively provide problem solving solutions

Good communication skills

You ll be used to effectively communicating with and engaging client, JLL on site team and headquarter
