Job Description

As an Executive in the Events & Campaigns team in Mumbai, your role will involve planning and executing webinars, offline/online events, and coordinating with clients, teams, and speakers. You will be responsible for managing post-event follow-up and reminders, supporting the messaging system, data management, and assisting in B2B/B2C campaigns and social media awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute webinars, offline/online events. - Coordinate with clients, teams, and speakers. - Manage post-event follow-up and reminders. - Support the messaging system and data management. - Assist in B2B/B2C campaigns and social media awareness. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate In addition to the above responsibilities, you should be proficient in MS Excel, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets. Strong skills in creating presentations using PowerPoint will be beneficial for this role. You are expected to possess strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building and client engagement skills, be a team player, adept at time management, and capable of multitasking effectively. The ideal candidate profile for this role includes being fluent in English and Hindi with a professional tone and email etiquette. You should be a quick learner, able to handle multiple tasks, calm, respectful, and client-friendly. Confidence in working with reporting and tracking sheets, as well as the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, are also important qualities for this position.,
