Executive - Domestic Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  marketing and sales strategies for domestic markets to promote

  industrial products, capital equipment, and pharma machinery

  .

• Identify and engage OEM customers

  , channel partners, and end users to drive business growth.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations,

  and application discussions with clients.
• Collaborate with the

  technical and design teams

  to provide customized solutions based on client requirements.

• Generate and manage leads

  , prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Conduct

  market research

  and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Support after-sales activities

  , including installation coordination, troubleshooting, and technical training for clients.
• Participate in

  trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer seminars

  to promote products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) or equivalent; MBA (Marketing) preferred.

• Experience:

  3–8 years in

  technical sales / OEM sales / capital equipment / pharma machinery / industrial product sales

  .
• Strong understanding of

  technical applications

  and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and procurement teams.
• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  .
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within India for client meetings and exhibitions.
