QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Inventory control
- Scrutiny of All PR’s for stock availability, suggesting alternate stock, for utilization stock
- Monitoring Project inventory storage location for liquidations
- Coordinate with material guardians for identification of Surplus and obsolete inventory for write off and disposal
- Review slow move and non-move inventory with Respective Material guardians for obsolescence and process for write offs
- Prepares Tracker for MMC PRS
Documentation
- To maintain all document related to GRN posting, material issue posting, IBR certificate, MTC etc. in hard copy.
- Upload all required document in DMS (like GR posting, MIN posting, IBR etc.
- Maintain all MTC , IBR and IRN in stock transfer documents in SAP
- Maintain all documents related to HSEF, audit and statutory compliances related to MMC
MRP control
- Monitor MRP run cycle and auto generation of PR’s
- Review slow, Non move and more than maximum stock level items in MRP category
- Suggest MRP controller for deviation form system suggested stock levels
- Review MRP relate system control periodically.
HSEF & Housekeeping
- Maintain all HSEF compliances in all activities and carry out in completely safe manner.
- Control the HSEF deviation to zero level during the complete process
- Carry out 5S activities on weekly basis in all areas
- Maintain all documents related to 5S
- Providing regular safety instruction to all field supervisor and workmen
Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordination with various internal departments, external vendors, service providers.
Audit and compliances
- Follow full compliances for IMS system
- Implementing full legal compliances like stamping of lifting/handling tools and tackles/ weigh bridge
- Implement all compliances of Financial, IFSC and all external audit recommendations
Team work and Management To work with Team of contractual workmen & supervisors
