Executive Damage

Role & responsibilities

1. Unclean POD Validation & Coordination

• Validate unclean PODs received from the field or client.
• Share validated data with the Zonal Sales Head for claim confirmation.
• Ensure timely communication to avoid future debits or disputes.

2. Damage Escalation Management

• Handle client escalations related to shipment damage.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and provide closure reports within the agreed SLA timelines.

3. ZT Open Damages Resolution

• Track and close all ZT (Zero Tolerance) open damage tickets within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fast-track pending resolutions.

4. Damage Analysis & Process Improvement

• Perform periodic analysis on damage tickets to identify key trends and root causes.
• Conduct audits on shipment handling and stacking processes.
• Recommend and help implement preventive measures to reduce future damage incidents.
• Share dashboards and insights with the operations team to address process gaps.

5. Ticket Resolution Metrics

• Ensure high resolution rate of damage-related tickets.
• Work closely with the claims and customer service teams for timely closures.

6. Damage Reduction Project (DEPS)

• Lead or support projects aimed at reducing DEPS (Damage Entry Point Segregation) incidents.
• Initiate and track improvement actions under the Damage Project roadmap.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with RCA techniques and process audits.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce supply chain operations.
• Exposure to claims handling or reverse logistics processes.
