Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Application Review

    - Review loan applications and supporting documents from borrowers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  2. Data Entry

  6. OD limit management

  8. Problem-Solving

  • Ensuring on adherence of all internal process check list, co-ordinating with sales team to get the queries resolved.
  • Validation of loan prospect details in salesforce application with documents and boarding of loan into core application
  • Updation of multiple parameter like insurance details, asset details, repayment details and other critical details in core application
  • Ensure that all loans comply with bank process notes and guidelines.
  • Monitor timelines for loan processing to ensure that loans are processed in a timely manner and meet closing deadlines.
  • Preparation of daily outward and inward file for all the file movement
  • Updation of CERSAI and ROC s
  • Updation of customer KYC details in bank application
  • Validating the document and OD requirement basis the LLI sheet and setting of OD limit in finacle application.
  • Updation of bank level exposure of customer in glems application.
  • Handling customer request to make necessary changes in customer CRN
  • Handling customer request to adjust part payments in loan
  • Handling customer request in processing excess refund in loan account
  • Handling customer in reversal of charges
  • Customer receipt accounting in core application
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the processing of loans, working to resolve them efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education

    Requires a degree in fice, business, or a related field can be beneficial.
  • Experience

    Previous experience in mortgage processing or related fields is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills

    Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail

    Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy in documentation.
  • Communication Skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills

    Ability to manage multiple loans and tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
