Role Overview:We are looking for an Executive Customer Success (Renewals & Retention) to join our Retention & Renewals team.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer engagement, have strong problem-solving skills, and can drive renewals while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and retain existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty Drive renewals and help maximise customer lifetime value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless experiences Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or add value to customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Qualifications & Requirements:Graduate (mandatory)Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Customer Support (calling process)Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
