• Act as a point of contact for clients and support in managing day-to-day communication.
• Understand client requirements and assist in converting them into actionable event plans.
• Support in planning, coordinating, and executing events and brand activations.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Support in managing event budgets and cost tracking.
• Travel to event locations and client meetings as required.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and databases using Excel and other tools.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, event operations, and event management.
• Basic understanding of event planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines.
• Enthusiasm to grow in the field of events and marketing.
