We are looking for a proactive and passionate

Client Servicing & Activation Executive

to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in executing brand activations, managing clients, coordinating on-ground events, and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the company for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Plan and execute on-ground brand activations and events end-to-end – from ideation to execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their objectives and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Handle event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and team coordination.
  • Maintain a reliable vendor database and negotiate for cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
  • Visit event locations and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
  • Create and present client decks and post-activity reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities, pitch agency services to potential clients, and contribute to business growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Address challenges swiftly and ensure high client satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event management, brand activations, client servicing, and business development.
  • Proven experience in handling on-ground activations, promotional events, and BTL campaigns.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in pitching and converting new business opportunities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
