Job Description

The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in QSR. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and consistency across all outlets.
  • Plan and implement production schedules as per outlet requirements.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team — chefs, cooks, and support staff.
  • Ensure recipe adherence, portion control, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, food trials, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with procurement and store teams for raw material planning and stock control.
  • Maintain compliance with FSSAI and safety standards.
  • Innovate and standardize new menu items in coordination with management.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
  • 3+ years of kitchen experience
  • Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
  • Knowledge of cost control, recipe engineering, and kitchen operations.
