We are particularly seeking candidates who are currently working as Executive Sous Chef/Sous Chef & are ready to step up into an Executive Chef role.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Executive Chef located in Candolim. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food presentation, and ensuring the quality of dishes served. The role also involves training kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and managing inventory and supplies. The Executive Chef will work closely with management to achieve culinary excellence while keeping costs within budget.


Qualifications

  • Advanced culinary skills, including expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Menu planning and food presentation skills
  • Kitchen operations management and staff training experience
  • Inventory, cost control, and budgeting skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
