Company Description The Grand Hotel is a four-star hotel located on M.G Road, the city’s nerve center in Kochi. Situated close to transportation hubs and various amenities, the hotel offers a combination of traditional charm and modern convenience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Executive Chef role located in Kochi with one of the city’s most iconic hotels. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in preparing and cooking meals, creating new menus, managing kitchen supplies, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Expertise in in multi cuisine cooking including authentic Kerala, Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines is expected of the person. Qualifications Experience working in a professional kitchen (5-10 years) Culinary skills and techniques Menu planning and food preparation skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Time management and organizational skills Creativity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or certification is a plus Show more Show less
