Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Hyderabad. The Executive Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage menu creation, and ensure the authenticity of Andhra and Deccan-inspired cuisine. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, enforcing food safety protocols, and sourcing fresh and authentic ingredients. The role demands creativity, leadership, and a dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in recipe development, cooking techniques, and food presentation, specifically relating to Andhra and Deccan cuisines
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and kitchen management
• Proficiency in inventory management, sourcing quality ingredients, and cost management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience as a professional chef or in a similar leadership culinary role
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a strong advantage
• Passion for maintaining the authenticity of traditional cuisine while embracing culinary innovation
