Role Overview: As a Bartender for a Brand New Premium Restobar in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve drinks, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure excellent customer service. You will be expected to mix beverages, take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and stock supplies as needed. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitary standards is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Mix beverages and serve drinks to customers - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer needs - Take customer orders and process cash transactions accurately - Stock supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitary standards - Demonstrate bartending skills, including drink mixing techniques and knowledge of recipes - Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Qualifications Required: - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Proficiency in food & beverage service with knowledge of drinks and bar etiquette - Experience in cash handling and ability to process transactions responsibly - Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs - Prior bartending experience or certification is a plus Please note: Competitive salary, food and accommodation, ESI and PF benefits, as well as opportunities for career growth, are available to successful candidates.
