Executive Chef

Adwait Farms is hiring a skilled Chef to lead its premium bakery unit (Cake, Cookies, Chocolates, Pastries). The ideal candidate will create high-end breads, cake, pastries, and desserts using organic, farm-fresh ingredients while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience: Min 4–6 years Executive Chef in a 4-star+ in premium hotels.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) + performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

• Previous role as Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a 4-star+ setup.
• Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills.
• Expertise in organic ingredients, modern cooking techniques, and global cuisines.
• Full-time on-site availability at Adwait Farms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a bakery menu with premium Cakes, Cookies, Pastries, and Desserts.
• Innovate healthy options (millet-based, gluten-free, low-sugar, vegan, etc.).
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and high-end presentation.
• Customize cakes and baked items for events and sales.
• Manage all baking processes: mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment efficiently.
• Supervise daily production to meet demand with minimal waste.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle raw material inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Conduct product trials, tastings, and seasonal menu updates.
• Collect feedback and refine products to meet customer expectations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
