We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning by organizing data, MIS reports, and business updates.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Coordinate with departments to track project timelines and management directives.

  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal\/external stakeholders.

  • Manage the MD\calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes of meetings.

  • Coordinate follow\-ups on action items and ensure timely closure.

  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

  • Support the MD in day\-to\-day operations and special assignments as required.

  • Maintain systematic filing of documents, records, and official communications.
    Candidate Profile

    • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time\-sensitive priorities.

    • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant \/ Personal Assistant to MD, CEO, or senior leadership.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


      Requirements Qualifications & Experience
      • Bachelor\degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

      • 10+ years of relevant experience supporting senior management.

      • Prior experience in a real estate or fast\-paced corporate environment is an advantage.
        Additional Requirements

        • Willingness to travel with the Managing Director as and when required.

        • Flexible to work beyond standard office hours when business needs demand.
